    As Awakening journey’s through the book of Genesis, come and learn about the core foundations of the first book of the Bible. This three-part class will provide an interactive analysis highlighting Creation, Fall, Noah, Tower of Babel, Patriarchs, and Joseph, while emphasizing God’s redemptive plan threaded throughout this amazing book!     Week 5 | Abraham P2

    We all hold something close–something that we really don’t want to part with. Often, these things are actually really good, and even gifts from God. They could be our family, our friends, our jobs, or our pets. Whatever they may be, we hold tightly to them for a good reason. 

    What then do we do if God asks us to surrender one of those good things? 

    If He gave it to us, why would He ask for it back?

    Join us this Sunday as we hear from our Worship + Production Director, Glenn Ransom! We will take a look at the finale of Abraham’s narrative and wrestle with why God might ask us to surrender something good.
