Why Church?

In a culture of endless options, we’ve learned to shop for almost everything, including church. We look for what fits our preferences, meets our needs, aligns with our values, and works with our schedules. When something no longer works for us, we move on.

At the same time, many people are questioning whether church is necessary at all. We can stream worship, listen to world-class teaching, and access spiritual content without ever leaving home. Others have been disappointed, hurt, or disillusioned by the church and wonder whether it still has anything meaningful to offer.

So why keep showing up? Why belong? Why commit ourselves to a community of imperfect people?

In a world where church can feel increasingly optional, we’re asking a fundamental question: Why church?

Women’s Collective is hosting our 2nd Annual Retreat on November 7th, and we’d love for you to join us!
