The Church of Jesus is under the AUTHORITY of Jesus.

How much authority does Jesus have in my life?

The Church is NOT:

• An EVENT you ATTEND 
• CONTENT you CONSUME
• A BUILDING

The church is a PEOPLE being FORMED by Jesus 

and SENT together on MISSION.

The Church of Jesus exists to MAKE DISCIPLES of Jesus.

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…”

What is a disciple?

The student is not above the teacher,

but everyone who is fully trained will be like their teacher.

Luke 6:40

A disciple is one who trains under a teacher

to KNOW what they KNOW in order to DO what they DO.

The Profile of a Disciple:

• Compelling FAITH  (1 Peter 3:15)
• Life-giving PRACTICES (John 15:1-4)
• Intentional RELATIONSHIPS (Hebrews 10:24-25)
• Extravagant GENEROSITY (2 Corinthians 9:6-8)
• Meaningful MINISTRY (1 Peter 4:10)

The Discipleship Pathway:

• COME to KNOW Jesus.
• SHARE the LOVE of Jesus.
• GROW as a DISCIPLE of Jesus.
• SERVE in the NAME of Jesus.

Am I a disciple of Jesus who is helping make disciples?

The Church of Jesus is SENT with Jesus.

“And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
