Moving into 2024, we’re going to be making some changes to the structure of the worship team and audition process. Here’s what’s happening:

FOR CURRENT WORSHIP TEAM MEMBERS

• watch the linked video
• fill out the “Worship Team Refresh” application/survey
• plan to be at Del Mar on Sunday, October 22nd in the early afternoon for auditions/skill assessments
• come to Team Night* on Sunday, October 22nd at 4pm to hear vision from Ryan and join our worship team breakout (*Leadership Advance is getting a new name…)
• send me your feedback about this new direction

FOR POTENTIAL WORSHIP TEAM MEMBERS

• watch the linked video
• fill out the “Worship Team Refresh” application/survey

Please fill out the application/survey by the end of the day Monday, October 16th. Once you do, you will receive a confirmation from me, and in a couple of weeks, I will communicate more specifically about what’s happening on Sunday, October 22nd.
The audition/skill assessment songs to choose from are:

• 1. “Who is Like The Lord” by Highlands Worship (recording is in the key of C, tenor led)
• 2. “Firm Foundation (He Won’t)” by The Worship Initiative, Davy Flowers (recording is in the key of C, alto led)
• 3. “Nothing Else” by Capital City Music (recording is in the key of F, soprano led but works for baritone)
• 4. “Christ is the Center” by The Belonging CO, Danny Gokey (recording is in the key of B, tenor led, but works for alto)
