In March of 2026, Awakening Church’s Local Outreach Coordinator, Brian Warren, participated in a US-Mexico Border Immersion Program hosted by World Relief. World Relief is a faith-based nonprofit that responds to crises all around the world.

Join us Thursdays July 16th & 23rd 7-8:30pm to hear Brian share his learnings and reflections from the Border Immersion Program. This will include history of the US-Mexico Border, stories from a small Tijuana church fulfilling Christ’s commandment of loving your neighbor as yourself, findings from a panel discussion between immigration lawyers and Department of Justice prosecutors, and his personal experiences while on the trip.
