We are looking to hire a full time Community Pastor. This person will lead, champion, and oversee the teams, systems, and processes to connect people into the life of our church.
Candidates must possess strategic leadership abilities to develop effective systems and structures that promote connections throughout the church. They must also have strong interpersonal skills to recruit and develop leaders.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Bible, theology, spiritual formation, or ministerial leadership is required. Candidates must possess at least 2 years ministry experience. Experience in small groups ministry is a plus.
