1. IS THERE STILL SPACE AVAILABLE; CAN I STILL SIGN-UP?
Yes, there is still space available. We want everyone to be able to come and accept people generally up until the day before the retreat. It makes it a little crazy for us logistically but hope it is helpful for those who aren’t sure whether they can make it until the last minute.

2. DO I NEED TO SIGN-UP BEFORE A CERTAIN DATE?
Sort of: First of all it really helps us in our planning so the sooner the better. Secondly, the cost for the retreat will go up after Christmas to $115 so signing up and having some sort of down payment before then will lock in your spot at $99.
Full payment is due Friday Jan. 7 at the retreat.
Please note:
a.) The cost of the weekend goes up after Dec. 25th to $115
b.) There is no refund the week of the retreat Jan. 3rd-7th if we cannot fill your spot.
3. WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO? WHAT DOES THE WEEKEND LOOK LIKE?
This retreat is designed to be a refreshing weekend that recharges you both spiritually and relationally.
We will have three sessions over the course of the weekend:
Friday at 8pm [Opening session]
Saturday at 10am
[Followed by a time to personally be with God; this time is often a highlight of the weekend]
Saturday at 7pm.
[After the night session many people like to take advantage of the large fire pit and the two different pools and Jacuzzis for a nighttime swim.]
What we have planned Saturday afternoon:
During the day on Saturday is a choose-your-own adventure afternoon with some planned things that you can be apart of. But if you like to just rest, enjoy nature, go for a bike ride, read or take advantage of what the resort has to offer then go for it!

4. CAN I CHOOSE WHO I ROOM WITH IN MY VILLA?
Absolutely. When you sign-up if there are certain people you want to be with then please write them down and we’ll do our best to get you all in a villa together.

5. DOES THE COST INCLUDE MEALS?
The cost does not include meals. This is a big way we keep cost down for the weekend and give you more options based on your financial status. We stay in two bedroom villas that have a full kitchen and living room. Many people bring food with them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some rooms shop and make meals together. And others like to go out for meals. But this way you can spend as little or as much as you like or can on food
6. WILL TRANSPORTATION TO BE PROVIDED? HOW DO WE GET THERE?
Seascape is really just outside of Aptos about 40-45 min. from Westgate. We will set-up a carpool leaving from the church for those who need rides but most people either drive over on there own or with a few friends.
